1080

"1080" locomotive was donated to and sits in front of the Depot Civic and Cultural Center in Brownwood, Texas. This machine is a truly fascinating piece of history to see.  I work in the industry so I am familiar with the sleek new designs of today's locomotives. They do not have the personality of their predecessors. The first time I saw it, I was drawn to every detail. I was completely taken with the challenge of re-creating the weight, the strength, and it's beauty.
